Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Because Jean Donati Acupuncture schedules one patient at a time and does not double-book, at least 24 hours' notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. New Patient Confirmation New patients are required to confirm their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A reminder will be sent requesting confirmation. If confirmation is not received at least 24 hours before the appointment, the appointment may be released and will need to be rescheduled. Cancellations & Missed Appointments Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the current treatment fee.
