Service Description
Follow-up sessions (60 minutes), build on your last treatment to support continued healing and balance. Each visit begins with a check-in to discuss how your body responded, any changes or new symptoms, and how you’re feeling overall. We reassess your condition and provide a customized acupuncture treatment that builds on the progress made in your previous session. We value your feedback throughout the process, listening closely as we address the root cause of your symptoms and plan additional treatments together.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Because Jean Donati Acupuncture schedules one patient at a time and does not double-book, at least 24 hours' notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. New Patient Confirmation New patients are required to confirm their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A reminder will be sent requesting confirmation. If confirmation is not received at least 24 hours before the appointment, the appointment may be released and will need to be rescheduled. Cancellations & Missed Appointments Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the current treatment fee. Appointments requested outside of regular business hours are available by special request and may incur an additional fee. Thank you for respecting the time reserved specifically for your care.
