Cancellation Policy

Please note that any appointments requested outside of regular business hours are available by special request only and will incur an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing the best care during your visit. To ensure all patients have access to available appointments, Jean Donati Acupuncture asks for adherence to the following policy: Appointment Confirmation: A text message reminder will be sent 2 days before the scheduled appointment. Patients are required to respond, either confirming or declining the appointment, by 12 Noon the day prior to the appointment. If the appointment is not confirmed by this time, it may be offered to another patient on the waiting list. Cancellations should be made as soon as you are aware that you need to cancel, preferably within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations made after 12 noon the day before the appointment are considered late. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a missed opportunity for another patient and will incur a late cancellation fee equal to the cost of the appointment.
