If confirmation is not received at least 24 hours before the appointment, the appointment may be released and will need to be rescheduled. Cancellations & Missed Appointments Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the current treatment fee.
